In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "e789" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at e789.bio, including all its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and associated services.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the e789 website, gaming environment, cashier system, customer support channels, and any related software or applications.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. e789 is obligated by Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.

Withdrawal of funds from your e789 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Fully verified accounts can expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to be completed within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to one to three banking days.
